Sony Ion smartphone to hit market before end of Aug

Sony has announced that its latest smartphone from its Xperia range will be hitting the middle-east and African markets before the end of the month.

The region will become amongst the first ones to receive all new Xperia Ion. The phone is powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream sandwich is ready to make its way to Saudi Arabia and UAE markets with a price tag of Dh 2,299.
The phone features a 12 MP HD camera which allows users to communicate, watch and share crisp and clear images on its 4.6 inch Reality Display (which is Sony's largest for any phone).
Xperia Ion is a combination of Sony's all top technologies like Bravia Screen, walkman media player and when you are using it to take photos you are using the same sensor which are used in the Sony's Cybershot cameras. 
Director for marketing, Sony Mobile Communications, Spyros Gousetis told reporters that firm is experiencing about double digit growth since it was started and it is frim to go with the same strength. He also added that this success can be attributed to Sony's brand name which is 2nd most respected brand in the world after BMW. 
The Xperia Ion is mainly designed for smartphone users looking for ultimate mobile experience with Xperia Ion's faster processor, even faster internet speed and innovative design. The Ion also offers one of the most impressive displays in the market. It contains one of the largest display Sony has ever put on to a smartphone. Combining it with Exmor R Bravia engine and xLOUD technology is one of the most powerful package from Sony. 
Ion will also offer seamless connectivity between all devices like TV, smartphone, laptop and tablet via Sony's Connected Entertainment Experience.
